We turned off everything in the ad account and started from scratch, with the most important questions first.

‘What is your most profitable and scalable service?’ - everything else is noise.

With a clear answer in their managed SEO service - ABC Plus - we got to work on building a consolidated account structure paired with multiple custom data passbacks to ensure META’s algorithm was set up for what we deemed as success.

Creative Strategy at Scale

The existing creatives being run were very 1-dimensional, which in today's version of paid social just will not cut it. The every-hungry Andromeda algorithm needs variety, variation and volume. Not to mention, they didn't have a single video ad to date!

We used our AI creative infrastructure to scrape all possible signals (you wouldn't believe the amount) to inform which personas they should be targeting in order to ensure our creatives reach high-intent, qualified prospects.

We then began formulating a net new creative strategy from the ground up, building out creative concepts based on sales psychology we uncovered through our research.

The prior agency wasn't in control of the creative strategy - this is a big red flag. We’ve seen time and time again how this disconnect between real-time ad account data and creative strategy misalignment leads to poor performance.

Our well-oiled feedback loop between what is working in the ad account leads to what creative is made next; this is the only way to operate an ad account.
