New Radiance Med Spa based in FL were struggling to attract and convert high-ticket Smart Liposuction customers. Their landing page suffered from serious UX flaws—poor design, low relevancy, weak usability, confusing content, and, most critically, a lack of trust. Without these essentials and with no prior user feedback or insights, the result was catastrophic - surgeons left with their hands in their pockets.

Using our CRO analysis tools, we uncovered major landing page design & UX issues - particularly on mobile - leading to high bounce rates and unusually low attention and scroll depth. We addressed this by launching a full landing page redesign and content revamp. Initial Optimisations & Focus Areas
