We rebuilt Living Young’s paid social ecosystem around a creative testing framework designed to balance emotion, authority, and authenticity.

Our creative strategy leaned heavily on the brand’s personality — friendly, funny, and real — while staying rooted in the trust and professionalism that make their patients loyal. Our biggest win was utilising the practitioners themselves to create content. We implemented our AI to produce social listening and gain a deeper level of audience understanding across a variety of creative verticals.

This combination of creatives was designed to educate, nurture, engage and ultimately win the affection of qualified leads. In doing so, we increased bookings, that's right, bookings - not just ‘leads’, real paying new customers by 257%, resulting in an AOV of $350 on the first invoice alone - Never mind the repeat purchase and word of mouth income.
